In the ancient Roman Empire, Faun is represented as inspiration of fear in men traveling in lonely, remote or wild places, while Cupid, in the music video, shot Joji in the back with a lead arrow, which sends out the feel of aversion and desires only to flee, It seems like after Joji was being hurt by his loved one, he embarks on the road to try getting back by her side. But once he’s on the journey, he started to fear that she may reject him once again and hurt him even deeper, represented by the transformation of Faun.
